A master grower enables members by cultivating their own legally grown Cannabis for their own private consumption.
OCN sustains its operations by charging a membership and subscription fee, and provides the bonafide contractual framework for the parties to safely and legally consume Cannabis in whatever form, for health benefits, in a private space or dwelling.
